Nothing to Hide

“NOTHING TO HIDE” is an independent documentary that explores the theme of surveillance and the public’s willingness to accept it, often justified by the phrase “I have nothing to hide.” This film was created by Berlin-based journalists Mihaela Gladovic and Marc Meillassoux and was funded through the support of over 400 contributors. The documentary challenges the increasing and perplexing public complacency towards extensive corporate and governmental intrusions into personal and collective privacy and freedoms. Following the initial shock of the Snowden disclosures, it appears that society has come to terms with existing in a digitally monitored environment.
