Chang jiang tu

Gao Chun, a youthful captain, navigates his cargo vessel along the Yangtze River. Following the recent passing of his father, Gao Chun feels compelled by his traditions to free his father’s spirit. Concurrently, he is on a quest to find his true love. However, every woman he encounters at various ports is actually the same mystical entity, who appears increasingly youthful as he approaches the river’s origin. His voyage upstream transforms into an exploration across both space and time.
