Struggling musician Kyle Cassidy harbors feelings for Nikki Duke, the captivating spouse of a violent rock star currently on tour. Following a chaotic night at the Dukes’ mansion in the Hollywood Hills, Nikki loses consciousness and injures her head. In a drug-induced frenzy, Kyle dials 911. Upon arrival, two paramedics, recently teamed up, revive Nikki, tend to Kyle, and then try to rob them. However, their scheme rapidly unravels, leading the group into a darkly comedic escapade through the Los Angeles night.
