At the conclusion of the Great Patriotic War, SS officers concealed lists of covert operatives in a coastal town. Several years later, Sam Page, once a fascist mercenary known as Semyon Paygin, along with two other agents, arrive in the USSR to locate this hidden archive. The reason being, the atrocities committed by SS agents remain punishable indefinitely.
