Abbie Bladecut, a young adolescent, finds herself caught between her family’s gruesome business and the gentle emotions of her first romantic interest. In the quaint town of Clover Falls, her father, Roger, has gained notoriety by filming actual murders and selling the footage to a willing audience. As Abbie becomes more involved in this grim enterprise, she starts to question whether it’s time to steer the family legacy onto a different path.
