In this animated adventure, a canine star of a fictional television show believes his on-screen superpowers are real. When he is accidentally shipped from Hollywood to New York City, he embarks on a cross-country journey to reunite with his owner, Penny. Along the way, he teams up with a streetwise cat and a TV-obsessed hamster, discovering that he doesn’t need superpowers to be a hero.
