Bryce has been involved in criminal activities since his childhood in the housing projects. Following a series of violent incidents, he now has an opportunity to make it big. Tony De Luca, a major crime lord in the city, wants Bryce to eliminate a troublesome individual who poses a threat of imprisonment to him and his associates. Meanwhile, Bryce faces his own challenges when his most recent drug shipment is stolen, forcing him to resolve the issue through violence.
