Encounter

Ted and Lauren, a couple who have just gotten married, move into an old farmhouse to conduct research for a thesis on orbs, setting up cameras throughout the property. As night falls, they begin to experience eerie ghostly sounds and supernatural occurrences. Ted discovers footage of Lauren, seemingly possessed, roaming the fields at night. After their roommate takes his own life, they choose to hold a séance to uncover the source of the haunting. However, they soon realize that the terrifying presence they encounter is beyond the power of prayer to dispel.
