Marty, a distressed and nerdy individual, suffers ongoing abuse and sexual assault at the hands of his overweight and domineering mother, Bertha, who runs a prostitution operation from their home. When Bertha has a confrontation with his sister, Petunia, Marty reaches his breaking point. He is fed up with having to dispose of the bodies of clients that his mother has murdered for small amounts of money. Determined to break free from the toxic environment, Marty decides to take a stand against his cruel mother, aiming to eradicate the corruption in his household and pursue his aspirations of becoming a screenwriter.
