Panic is on the rise… In a hotel corridor, a terrifying airborne virus wreaks havoc, forcing Naomi, a pregnant Japanese woman fleeing her marriage, into a desperate struggle for survival. After contracting the virus, she must crawl through a sea of other stricken individuals to find a way out. Meanwhile, in the adjacent room, Val, a mother ensnared in a poisonous relationship, must also make her way through the desolate and perilous hallway, frantically searching for her young daughter, Kelly. Can these two women evade the crippling illness and make it out alive?
