Jian (Ken Zheng), a counter-terrorism operative, utilizes his martial arts prowess and clairvoyant abilities to capture the world’s most dangerous criminals. This solitary figure is unexpectedly drawn to Los Angeles after learning about a conspiracy linked to his brother’s supposed suicide. Reluctantly teaming up with LAPD detectives Abby (Madeline Zima), Carl (Tony Todd), and Captain Duke (Keith David), this unusual alliance delves into the case.
