Invaders from Mars

In this 1986 science fiction film directed by Tobe Hooper, a young boy named David Gardner witnesses a UFO landing near his home and soon discovers that the aliens are taking control of the adults in his town. As the extraterrestrial influence spreads, David teams up with a school nurse, played by Karen Black, to uncover the truth and stop the invasion.
