Mystery Date

Reserved teenager Tom McHugh admires his alluring neighbor Geena Matthews from afar, unable to muster the courage to speak to her. When his parents leave town with their dog for a competition, Tom’s confident older brother, Craig McHugh, unexpectedly visits from California, driving a classic 1959 Cadillac. Craig takes it upon himself to arrange a date for Tom with Geena, lending him his clothes and credit card. Tom even gets a haircut to resemble Craig and buys flowers, while also booking a limousine. However, when the limo driver gets into an accident, Tom decides to “borrow” the stylish car to impress Geena. Things take a turn for the worse when Tom is mistaken for Craig and discovers a body in the trunk, turning his dream evening with Geena into a nightmare.
