Paris Window
PARIS WINDOW is the intense, humorous, and surreal sophomore film from the esteemed director Amanda Kramer, known for LADYWORLD. The story revolves around siblings Sunny and Julian, who lead an isolated life filled with secret codes and games that only they comprehend. Their peculiar harmony is disrupted when Sunny’s new boyfriend, David, enters the scene, bearing an eerie resemblance to Julian. Julian becomes suspicious of a menacing link between David and a self-help hypnotist on television, leading to fears of a conspiracy. Paris Window is a narrative experiment that crafts its own unique logic and cinematic style, reminiscent of an inverted Buñuel world with elements of noir and a hint of Chaplin. The film features a captivating atmospheric score by composer Ben Babbitt and stars Noel David Taylor, Sophie Kargman, and Gina Piersanti.
