Prairie Love

As a mysterious wanderer traverses the snowy plains of North Dakota, he encounters an unconscious man sprawled on the road and decides to help him. Once revived, the man reveals that he is en route to meet his pen-pal girlfriend, who is about to be released from prison. Longing for companionship himself, the drifter seizes this chance to alter his solitary life by devising a scheme to assume the man’s identity, setting in motion a chain of events that will irrevocably alter the lives of all three individuals.
