In the town of Björnstad, hockey represents the final glimmer of hope for its residents. As the junior hockey team advances to the national semifinals, the aspirations of the entire community rest on the young athletes’ shoulders. However, the day of the semifinal also triggers a violent incident that traumatizes a young girl and throws the town into chaos.
