Auburn Reed is focused on leaving her difficult history behind and setting her life in the right direction. In her mid-twenties, she faces financial difficulties as she fights for custody of her son. During this time, she discovers the art studio of Owen Gentry, a gifted and charismatic artist. As their relationship blossoms, they grapple with their growing feelings and the hidden truths they each harbor.
