With Coco and her cat behind bars, the team believes they can finally relax. However, they’re mistaken! Out of nowhere, eerie ghostly doubles of the Scooby gang and beloved classic villains appear in Coolsville, endangering Halloween. It’s now up to the meddlesome kids to reveal the identity of the new villain and rescue Halloween!
